Vision Helpdesk (http://www.thevisionworld.com )and Kayako (Kayako.ccom)are perfect in pricing as compared to all other helpdesk softwares and also both scripts offer awesome features.
Helpspot is Complete turn off.
We are using Helpspot after testing about 30 different tools. We are really happy with our decision.
