Hi, my name is Nelson Amaya, and I’m the moderator and publisher of helpdeskapps.net. I live in Boston MA with my wife and 5 years old son. For the last 7 years I been working as a system administrator for an international company based in Cambridge MA. I started helpdeskapps.net on November of 2008 with the purpose of centralizing and categorizing help desk applications I have used, or that I have researched for the organization I work for.
