Abacus Systems develops Help Desk and IT Service Management software solutions for enterprise organizations. Aegis is a customizable and cost-effective IT management solution. It can be used for both internal staff and external customer support. Each module can be stand alone or integrated with the others.
Aegis has built-in facilities where users can create data entry and web entry forms easily without development effort or simply use the setups we provide, straight out of the box. Either way, our customers will minimize development, integration, testing and maintenance costs yet have the ability to create an infrastructure that is truly unique to their business.
